I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Heather K. at Subaru Loveland! From the moment I walked in, she provided outstanding customer service, patiently walking me through all the different options and answering every single question I had. This was a big decision for me—I had been driving my Honda CR-V for 20 years (a great car, but it was time for something new). Heather made the transition seamless and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the process. In fact, she even stayed an extra hour past her normal work schedule just to ensure I could drive home that day in my brand-new 2025 Subaru Forester! I've leased and purchased many cars over the years from various dealers in the Northern Colorado area and these guys are the best I've ever worked with. I never felt pressured! We always just had a positive conversation, doing our best to come to an agreement that works for us all. Matt, the sale manager, is a great guy to work with and has been awesome in pulling out all the stops to get us the cars we've wanted for the prices we've budgeted! Todd in sales had everything ready at the time of pick up, was courteous, and facilitated getting every done very quickly. After having spent hours in dealerships to get a deal done in the past, these guys at Loveland Subaru make it simple and respect your time. We worked with Heather, she was so awesome! We went in to look around with no appointment and she was so helpful and super nice. She was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We ended up leasing a Forester and feel like we have a new friend in the process. Also everyone else that we spoke to and signed papers with were all easy going and made the experience a pleasant one. I would give Subaru of Loveland 10 Stars if I could.

My first car buying experience with Subaru of Loveland and the entire experience was great! I happened to look on their website and they had the exact 2025 Forester we were looking for for our daughter. I sent an inquiry late one evening and by the next morning I had a response from Todd. Todd was absolutely great to deal with he was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We texted back and forth on some details and by the end of that day I had made a deposit on the Forester that was in transit. Todd made the process easy, explained the details, the coverages the extended warranty and the one and only lifetime warranty on the power train unique to Subaru of Loveland. The purchasing end was so smooth not stressful at all and thanks to Todd for a great overall buying experience. The morning we went to pick it up Todd did amazing and helped make it a super special surprise for my daughter. She had no idea we got the Forester for her, it was the exact one she’s been hoping for since about October when we started looking. So Todd was awesome from the start, Joel was so kind and good to my daughter while he showed her around the car and was patient and very helpful. My daughter was so happy he took the time to help get her phone setup with her beautiful new Forester. Finally Austin was great too, the money guy, he explained the coverages, answered all of my questions and was genuine to work with too. Not a single negative to share it was truly super nice to work with a team of Subaru guru’s In Loveland! I am very pleased to say that Subaru of Loveland and our sales person Robert McFall, as well as Joel, who went over the financing and paperwork were both excellent in every way. The dealership was clean, with parking available off street, and the car was ready to go including all of the paperwork at the time they said it would be. They also had a great selection of Crosstreks to choose from with the option package we were looking for. Buying a car is stressful for most of us that don't buy cars everyday, but at Subaru Loveland we didn't feel pressured and they really worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford and were comfortable with! From first contact to final delivery we were welcomed and treated with respect and not pressured in anyway, shape or form! This is the way car buying should be! Excellent job!

My wife was in the market for a new car after driving a 2012 Accord for 10 years and we put Subaru of Loveland on our list to check out options comparable to the CRV or another new Accord. While we were perusing their website for a new car for her I spotted a used 2022 WRX with only 27k miles on it and started to feel the pull of serendipity; I did not need a car and was only interested in test driving it to see if it 'felt right'. After walking through the lot we entered the sales office and were approached by Nic P who asked if we had been helped yet. Nic was patient with us and answered my many questions about the WRX despite us being direct that we're there for my wife's car; we never once felt the typical 'sales pressure' that you get when shopping for a new car which made a huge difference in our experience. Nic was more than knowledgeable about the different ways to purchase a new Outback or Crosstrek; neither of us had purchased a new-new car before and we never felt like Nic took advantage of this fact, he instead patiently explained each detail we asked about, even after we left to test other cars! In the end I did go with the WRX because I wanted to, and thanks to Nic's patience, professionalism, and personality I was able to make the decision stress-free!
